What we store

• Monthly county update: your email address, the county you chose, and the time you signed up. Used only to send that update.
• Watchlist alerts: your email address, the lease or county you chose to watch, the page you were on, and the time. Used only to email you when new production or permits are published for it.
• Buyer contact form: company, email, counties and message. Used only to reply to you.

Submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare, our hosting provider. We do not sell or share them. Signups are confirmed by email before we send anything (double opt-in). Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your details deleted, use the contact form.
